 IEA (International Encaustic Artists) announces a call to artists for EncaustiCon 2012, Sept 7-29, 2012 at Gallery Nord in San Antonio, TX. Top 3 places featured in Poets and Artists magazine, plus cash prizes. Up to 6 honorable mentions. Juror: Paula Berg Owen, President & CEO, Southwest School of Art. Open to all artists world wide, 18 years of age and older. Submitted art is restricted to 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional encaustic work.
