Aloha Coast Guard Building

Dear Friends

We hope you will join us, Sunday, October 9th, 3-7

pm, for one final artists' reception in our former location,

inside the Historic Coast Guard Building, 390 First St. SW,

Old Town, Bandon.

Our current exhibit features many of the Coast's finest

artists who will continue to be represented by SAGE Gallery,

at our new location on 11th Street. We thought this would

be a wonderful way to introduce them to you; several have

been with us at SAGE since 2007 and many also teach

workshops with us at the new location. On exhibit are

painting, pastel and mixed media works by: Kimberly

Wurster, Pat Snyder, Donna Wright, photography by Susan and

Steve Dimock, Anne Sobbota, and Lois Miller, carvings by Ron

Wright, glass works by: Heather Bouher, Robin Zuikovski, Sherri

Carpenter, Carolene Doss, and Anne Sobbota, and kelp basketry by

Catherine Spinner, and jewelry by Donna Wright and Sherri

Carpenter.

As you know, the Gallery has been in transition for most of

this year, since we opened our studio and relocated to our

own building at 525 11th St. SE. We are delighted that so

many of you have found your way to the new site and hope to

see many more of you there in the near future. Although we

will leave behind the view of the Coquille River, visitors

and staff are very much enjoying our own private gardens and

watching the grounds change, as the plants mature and the

leaves on our tiny maple trees begin to turn, letting us

know that Fall is truly here.

The exhibit at the Gallery on First St. will remain open

until October 16th, hours: Thursday, 2-6 pm. Friday, 4-8

pm, Saturday 2-6 pm, and Sunday 12-4 pm, at which time we

will say "Farewell" to Old Coast Guard meeting room and

"Hello" to a more personalized representation of some of

your, and our, favorite talents to be showcased at Sage

Place.

We will keep you updated on future events involving our

artists and welcome you to stop in with questions and

inquiries about their works. Many of our artists accept

private commissions and it would be my pleasure to meet with

you personally and assist your acquisition of that perfectly

tailored personal gift, or addition to your private

collection.

Thank you once again for being part of our artistic journey

at Sage; we look forward to many continued years of creative

adventure together.

See you, Anne
