On Saturday, March 19 from 10 am to 11 am we will be exploring the new plant life around South Slough through a nature walk, games and creating spring-themed leaf art. Bring your wee one, ages 1 to 5 to discover the natural world with our Tide of the Toddler: Leaf art and spring budsprogram. $1/child.  Space is limited, please call 541.888.5558 ext. 121 to make your reservation.

Dale and Elva Paulson will present a digital slide show that includes an assortment of wildlife stories and images taken in western Oregon, mainly through long telephoto lenses on Saturday, March 19from 1 pm to 3 pm. The presentation, Crater Lake To The Coast Through A Long Lens will depict scenic landscapes, birds, animals, insects, and colorful foliage from Crater Lake National Park to the Pacific Coast. This program provides a unique and sometimes humorous view of our local natural world that is often not seen and not appreciated for its textures, shapes, colors, and behaviors. The Paulson’s aim is to give you a close up view of wildlife many of you are familiar with, and some that might be new. Please call 541.888.5558 ext. 121 to reserve your place in this free program.
