Art by the Sea Gallery invites you to submit 1-3 pieces of artwork in the 7th Annual Old Town Miniature and Small Works Show, May & June, 2016.
Drop off date is April 28th. See the above attachment for more information and the entry form. You can also pick up the information at the gallery, at our current location in the Continuum Building.
Art by the Sea Gallery is moving to a new location at the end of April, so this Miniature & Small Works show will be the first show in our new place at 125 Chicago St. SE, in the Old Town Mall.
It is located across the street from the marina, next to the Wheelhouse Restaurant in Old Town Bandon. You will drop off your art at the new location.

May and June, 2016
NOTE: The Gallery will be moving to 125 Chicago St.
SE in the Old Town Mall next to the Wheelhouse Restaurant at the end
of April. You will be dropping off your art at this new location.
Rules of Entry:
Accepted Media:
All 2-D media, including
oil, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, drawing, print making (artist-
pulled prints), collage, mixed media & encaustic
Not Included:
Photography and digital prints of any kind
Categories:
Miniature
– Artwork excluding mat and frame: 8” maximum in any direction.
(Maximum size including
frame—14” in any direction).
Small Works –
Artwork excluding mat and frame: 14” maximum in any direction.
(Maximum size including
frame—20” in any direction).
All work must be framed or
on gallery wrap canvas; including a wire hanger (no saw tooth hangers
please).
Entry Fees:
The non-refundable fees to
exhibit are: $10 for first piece, $5 for the second piece and $5 for
the third piece.
Awards:
Terry Magill, recognized
watercolor artist, instructor and former gallery owner will be the
judge and will award cash prizes as follows:
Each category will receive
$50 first place, $25 second place, $10 third place, and three
Honorable Mention ribbon awards.
A People’s Choice Award
will be decided by public ballot, the winner to receive a one month
exhibition as featured artist at Art by the Sea Gallery and Studio
during 2017.

*Note: During this
exhibition of miniatures and small works, the gallery commission will
be 25%; please price your work accordingly. Remember to bring a copy
of your biography to be included in the show binder. Artists who have
sold work will be paid by June 30, 2016.
