Cape Arago Audubon meeting info from Kelle Herrick

Our town, Bandon, will be lucky to host a Cape Arago Audubon meeting on Nov 10, at the Bandon Library! Usually the meetings are held in Coos Bay (see below).
All those who love birds should hark, trill, and flock to see a slide show of beautiful birds from the the lens of Kelle Herrick, local award-winning photographer, and her sharp, scientific, side-kick, Harv Schubothe sporting his digiscope discoveries.

About Cape Arago Audubon:
Welcome to Cape Arago Audubon Society (CAAS) We are a chapter of the National Audubon Society, established in 1979 and centered in Coos Bay, Oregon. Our members live in Coos Bay, North Bend, Bandon, Reedsport, Lakeside, Myrtle Point, Coquille, and Florence. But we have dedicated members as far afield as Portland and The Dalles.

Meetings: We meet at 7:00 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month, September through May, usually at Milner Crest Education Center, 1255 Hemlock Avenue, Coos Bay. We begin our meetings with the latest news on chapter activities, followed by guest speakers, who give presentations on a variety of subjects.

On the Saturday following the meeting, Tim Rodenkirk or Russ Namitz leads a field trip to local birding areas.
