Bring
your friends and family and come downtown on Saturday August 22 and
Sunday August 23 for the 33rd annual Blackberry Arts Festival. We have a
great selection of very talented artisans participating in this year's
festival.
To
help you on your quest for the Blackberry, look for the cool dude
Berry. You will see his picture at all the festival booths featuring
blackberry items as well as restaurants and eateries downtown who are
featuring the Blackberry during the two day festival.
While
you are enjoying your blackberry treats, make sure to check out the
great music at the Blackberry Jam happening at 3rd and Central,
including this year's great Teen Idol contestants.
A
special treat this year includes FREE Zentangle Art Lessons at the Coos
Art Museum on Saturday with Rosie Hill. Check out the times on the
attached poster. The Museum also has several special exhibits open and
has extended their hours for the festival.
Come downtown and enjoy the art and the blackberry!
