There is no fee to join in the show.

 

If you want to sell your paintings the museum will be taking a 30% commission so price your work accordingly.

 

The forms to use are in the attachments at the top of this email.

I have been notified that my artwork has been accepted to display at Coos Art Museum in Coos Bay Oregon. July 12, 2014, through October 4, 2014.

· I understand that my artwork will be insured by the Coos Art Museum from the specific arrival and removal dates. 

●    I understand that the artist or any person (for any reason) may not remove my artwork from                                   

      Coos Art Museum during the period of July 12, 2014, through October 4, 2014.

· For exhibition publicity, Coos Art Museum places images of exhibited works on its website. I grant Coos Art Museum a 1-time only usage of the slide(s) or digital file(s) of my accepted artwork to create a low-resolution .jpg to be placed on its website to promote the exhibition.

      ●    Works in the exhibition MAY be available for sale. Artist agrees to donate 30% of the  listed price from any sale to Coos Art Museum. PLEASE PRICE YOUR WORKS WITH THIS IN MIND!  Sales made from the Museum are final. The Museum will collect sales money and pay the Artist three weeks from end of show. Your entry confirms all terms of this agreement. Coos Art Museum compiles a gallery - listing booklet that contains the name of the artwork, price, artists’ resume and contact information for inquiring patrons.
