Monday Plein Air Paintout Information
Hello Everyone,
This Monday, August 20th, 2012, 1 - 4 p.m., we will be painting at the parking lot on the east side of the current Farmers' Market Place building in Bandon, OR. It is west of the Bandon Boardwalk and the boat launch, (toward the Port building). One of our members has requested that we paint the view of the cypress tree and the lighthouse together that can be seen from that parking lot.
------------
On Monday, August 27th, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. we will be painting at the Myrtle Tree Motel in Myrtle Point.
On Monday, September 3rd--NO Paintout due to the Labor Day Holiday.
Our theme this summer is "Iconic Trees of the South Coast". So if you have a favorite tree or two that you think we would like to set up and paint, please let me know. We will have a show with our trees later on.
My phone number 541-297-6118.
Thanks!
Ava

Au Natural: The Nude in the 21st Century is an international juried competition hosted annually by the Art Center of Clatsop Community College in Astoria, Oregon, with a focus on the time-honored tradition of the nude human figure, an art form that continues to inspire and challenge many artists today as one of the most potentially rewarding subjects to explore.
