Classy Class

Hello everyone,

It's been awhile since I've emailed you.  Carole's been busy, I've been back east but we've finally managed to nail down a schedule of wonderful opportunities for you to explore watercolor this summer.

      Come Check Me Out!     Announcing an Absolute Beginner's Watercolor Class.  Carole will paint a fun loose watercolor demonstrating the various watercolor techniques and bright beautiful colors she uses.  She will also start with the basics:  what materials to purchase and where, a discussion of what watercolor is all about, terminology, color washes, mixing etc.  It's a relaxed time to ask questions, and take pictures.  The first class is Free and you will not have to paint.
      Carole has set up Thursday, June 12th at 10:00 am for prospective students to come to Carole's home studio to learn about this wonderful exciting medium.
     There is a limit of 12 interested people so call Charlene Wilson at 541-997-8676 to reserve your space.  Future classes will be held on Thursday afternoons June 19, 26, July 3, July 10  from 1:00 - 4:00.  Cost is $100 for 4 sessions.

     June 27th and 28th Carole will offer an Animal Portrait Workshop in Florence at the Cross Road Assembly of God Church.   Our pets are so dear and wonderful to us!  For those of you who want to capture those adoring looks and sweet expressions, this workshop is for you.  You will be encouraged to loosen up and explore color when painting portraits.  Carole's many techniques will be sure to inspire you!  There will be a demonstration every morning and afternoon and plenty of time for you to paint.  You will paint from your own photos.  Cost is $150 for 2 days and runs from 9:00 - 3:00 each day.  I've attached a flyer and a registration form for your convenience.

     July 7th Classes for more advanced watercolor artists will begin and continue on Mondays from 1:00 -4:00.  Cost is $100 for 4 sessions.

     July 21 - 23rd Carole will hold a 3 day introductory watercolor workshop for teens.  These classes will run from 9:00 - 12:00 everyday.  Cost is $75 plus supplies.
