Reception and Award Ceremony: First Friday, August 5th, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Eugene Biennial: Artists 18 years and older from Lane, Lincoln, Benton, Douglas and Coos counties will be invited to submit one or two new (2015-2016) works to be considered for this inaugural Eugene Biennial held at Karin Clarke Gallery in Downtown Eugene. This exhibit will showcases artistic excellence by visual artists in our beautiful region.

Application:
There will be a $10 entry fee per artwork (up to two). Checks written to Karin Clarke Gallery.
1 or 2 digital images emailed or on a CD (will not be returned)
A short application (on our website)
Important dates:
Submission dates May 1st - 31st, 2016.
Selection announced/artists notified by July 1st.
Delivery of artwork (framed, presentation-ready) MUST BE HAND-DELIVERED Sunday, July 31, 9 am - 4 pm
Pick-up of unsold artwork: Saturday, August 26th, 4-6 pm or Sunday,August 27th, 9 am - noon.
Sales:
All work accepted in the Eugene Biennial MUST be for sale, and the gallery will take a 50% commission.
Size limitations:
Due to the small size of the gallery we are limited in what we can show, and want to include as many artists as possible. The maximum size for 2-D wall art is 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall and no more than 50 lbs.. Sculpture must occupy no more than 20 inch square free standing floor space, or fit on a pedestal with a maximum of 16 inches in depth. Please note that works may be excluded if we can't easily and safely handle and display them. We encourage you to visit our gallery to consider the space or email eugenebiennial@gmail.com with any questions.
