Art by the Sea Gallery in Old Town, Bandon invites you to join in their new October Classes.
Local artist Susan DeSalvatore is offering alcohol ink basics on Oct. 1st.
Visiting Klamath Falls artist Paula Walborn will teach using alcohol inks utilizing Yupo and tiles to create frame ready works on Sat. Oct. 3rd.
Samples of both artists work are on display in the gallery classroom in Old Town.
Walborn is also offering acrylic workshops on Oct. 6 and on Oct. 13th. Students are welcome to paint from their own photos or paint along with the teacher's demo of an ocean and a mountain scene.
Artist and author Roxanne Evans Stout will present "Beach Combing, create a hanging mixed media book" on Oct. 24th. Stout's new book is being released soon by North Light Books. View her recent work @rivergardenstudio.typepad.com.
Among the other classes offered this month are encaustic gift boxes, wire wrapped pendants, and experimental watercolor.
The gallery is hosting Drop in Art Studio on Oct. 9th and 16th. Bring your projects, both old and new, and join us for an afternoon of art and friendship.
