Coos Art Museum welcomes Rosie Hill, a Certified Zentangle® Teacher (CZT), for this introductory class to Zentangle, an easy to learn method of creating beautiful images from repetitive patterns.  All ages can do it and kids love it!  The process builds confidence, improves focus, inspires creativity and requires very little supplies.  Zentangle for Kids will introduce the basics of Zentangle.  Many fun “tangles” (patterns) will be taught as students are guided in creating amazing works of Zentangle art.  And everyone gets to keep their Zentangle kits so they can keep on tangling!  This introductory class will be offered at Coos Art Museum on Saturday, November 22, 2014 from 1p.m. to 3 p.m.

Important notes: All materials provided.  *Zentangle books and other supplementary materials will be available for purchase with 10% of the sales donated to CAM.  Media: Zentangle® pen and paper.  Skill level: All skill levels welcome.  Age Range: Children ages 6 years to 12 years old.  6 participants min. / 12 max.  Each class costs: $30 CAM members / $35 non-members.  A limited number of scholarships are available for eligible children to participate in this class.
