Richeson 75 Online: Animals, Birds & Wildlife International Art Competition

Richeson School of Art & Gallery / Jack Richeson & Co seek artists for an online exhibition, November 15, 2011 - January 31, 2012. $2,000 cash Best in Show; 1st place $1000 Richeson Art Materials; 2nd Place $750 Richeson Art Materials; 4 other awards of $500 art materials. Artist must be age 18 or over. Artwork to be entered must be 2-D and drawn/painted entirely "by hand": Acceptable media are oil, acrylic, oil pastel, soft pastel, water media, dry media (such as soft pastel, pencil, colored pencil, ink, charcoal etc) or hand-pulled prints. No digitally enhanced or created artwork, no giclees and no photography will be accepted. Artwork must be original in concept and execution (not done in a workshop or under the instruction of another). $30 first image, $10 each add'l image up to 6 images total. Deadline: October 1, 2011.
