COOS BAY — The South Coast Folk Society will hold its monthly international folk dance at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 26 at the Bay Area Senior Activity Center, 886 S. Fourth St. (at Ingersoll), Coos Bay. From 7 to 8 p.m., instructors will teach dances. From 8 to 10 p.m. dancers can request their favorites from our huge music library. Folk dancing is a fun way to experience music and traditions from around the world. Some dances are gentle and others are lively — you’re sure to find something you like. No experience or partner is necessary. Wear comfortable clothes. All ages are welcome. Admission is $4 general and $3 for South Coast Folk Society members. Learn more at www.southcoastfolksociety.com.
