The 2015 show is now open for entries, and we look forward to another outstanding exhibit.  We hope to see your work! Entry Fees -- $33 to enter three images, $8 each additional NVAL offers several PRINTING/FRAMING OPTIONS allowing for Substantial Savings on exhibiting costs. JUROR:  Thom Sempere, Executive Director of PhotoAlliance in San Francisco, has been actively involved in the photography community in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1977 as an artist, educator, curator and arts administrator.  He is also currently a visiting faculty member at the San Francisco Art Institute and a lecturer in the Continuing Studies program at Stanford University, teaching photography.  His work in curatorial and arts administration began in 1983 in Seattle, as curator of the Joseph and Elaine Monsen Collection of Photography, and later as Director of Education and Exhibitions at the Photographic Center Northwest.  Subsequently, he worked ten years at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA). He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute and a Master of Fine Arts  from the University of Washington.  His photographs are in the permanent collection at San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and have been exhibited in venues across the United States as well as in China.  FOR FURTHER DETAILS and to ENTER:  Go to www.nval.org select Photography Shows, then 2015 International Show to view the Prospectus.  The entry link is at the bottom of the Prospectus.
