Get Real

SURREALISM ROCKS
Local hardrock yougsters THE BUZZKRILL to perform at surrealist art opening for David Block at So It Goes Coffeehouse on May 20th.
Champagne/juicebox gallery opening is free to the public.

David Black has been winning awards and opening galleries all over Oregon lately for his jaw-dropping fantastical landscapes that riff on Salvador Dali and other masters. But the south coast surrealist has never had an opening quite like this.

On Friday May 20th at 7pm, So It Goes Coffeehouse presents local hard rock superkids The Buzzkrill for an art opening like no other.

This champagne/juicebox art opening is free to the public.

David Black has had local award winning shows up and down the coast and can be found at David Black Studios, ArtSigns and on Facebook.

The BuzzKrill are a local youth rock band consisting of two sets of siblings age 9-13. Playing GunsNRoses, Metallica and more, the BuzzKrill played to their first audience in February this year at OrCoast Music and have been seen at the Egyptian Kids 4 Kids benefit for Bach Rocks.
So It Goes is Coos Bays newest old-school coffeehouse - featuring great coffee, full bakery, killer art, live music, bad poetry readings, used books, free wifi, chess, and small absurdist theatrics.
