Greetings Valued Artists!

You are invited to participate in the Third Annual ROCK ‘n’ ART Festival on Saturday, May 25th at Pony Village Mall, space 151 (next to Cone 9). This event is sponsored by ORCO Arts and Pony Village Mall and will benefit the GUILD after-school music program.

Pony Village has committed to extensive advertising for this event. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to sell your art and gain exposure for your work. We encourage you to clear out your studio and bring all of your art to sell whether framed or unframed. All art forms are acceptable – painting, pottery, sculpture, blown glass, Fimo, jewelry, etc. Please feel free to be creative with display ideas.

Booth space for this event is free of charge thanks to Pony Village Mall and will be located in the main corridor of the mall as well as inside the event venue. Set up time will be from 5:00 – 8:00pm on Friday, May 24 and Saturday, May 25 between 9:00 and 10:00am. Please use the back door to the south of Sears. It is important that you are completely set up and ready to sell when the Mall opens at 10:00am on Saturday.

We ask that you make a suggested donation of 25% of your sales. Donations are 100% tax deductible. Receipts will be available at the event.

This special event will include live music, professional artists selling their work as well as art created by North Bend High School students. Other family- friendly and fun activities will take place throughout the Mall during this event.

To reserve your space, RSVP (registration form) must be received no later than May 15, 2013. The attached application can be returned electronically to or mailed to: ORCO Arts, PO Box 112, North Bend, OR 97459.
